About this book
Rabbit confides to Owl that he is planning a party, but as the message is passed from animal to animal it gets more and more confused. The story features Rabbit, Owl, Squirrel, and other woodland creatures. Set in a forest, the book shows how a simple message about a surprise party becomes completely garbled as it travels from one character to the next.
