About this book
The Upstairs Cat follows two cats an older, grumpy cat and a younger, slender one who share a house and constantly fight. Each time they fight, it ends in a tie, so all the energy they spend is just wasted. Aimed at early readers at a 2.9 reading level, the book uses the cats' pointless scuffles to show the futility of war.
