Quick Summary

Arnold Z. Ombee, a zombie who escaped a secret government lab, brings hilariously creepy chaos to a normal family home, proving that having an undead foster brother means homework gets eaten and science fairs become terrifying. Kids will giggle nonstop as Arnold's zombie instincts and the kids at school react to their new classmate, because the book perfectly mixes monster thrills with the awkwardness of fitting in. If your kid loves the goofy horror of R.L. Stine's Goosebumps or the diary-style humor of Jeff Kinney's Diary of a War Child: The Memoir of Gertrud Schakat Tammenn 8-Bit Warrior: An Unofficial Minecraft Adventure a Wimpy Kid, they'll absolutely devour this. Perfect for kids in grades 3 through 5, roughly ages 8 to 11.
