About this book
This book tells the story of Mary Anning, a young girl from nineteenth-century England who discovered many of the best and most complete fossils ever found. She found dinosaur bones and other ancient sea creatures along the rocky cliffs where she lived. Despite her important discoveries, she received little credit for her work during her lifetime.
