The Red Ribbon

Fourteen-year-old Ella is detained on her way home from school and sent to a Nazi concentration camp, where she is forced to work in the Upper Tailoring Studio, a sewing workshop alongside two dozen other women. The prisoners must stitch couture dresses for the Nazis while facing the constant threat of death. The story follows Ella's struggle for survival and the friendships she forms with the other seamstresses in the camp.
