Damage Control

Set during the Korean War, Corporal Tony Donovan and his Army Corps of Engineer squad find themselves stranded behind enemy lines when their cargo plane crashes in rugged mountain terrain. With their supplies scattered and enemy forces closing in, they must use their engineering skills to rebuild one of the jeeps they were transporting in order to escape. This middle grades war story focuses on resourcefulness, teamwork, and survival under pressure.
