Description

The Tale of Mr. Jeremy Fisher is a children's picture book by Beatrix Potter about a frog named Mr. Jeremy Fisher who lives in a cottage by a pond. The story follows Mr. Jeremy as he goes fishing for supper in his little boat made of a lily pad. During his fishing adventure, he encounters various pond creatures and ultimately has an encounter with a fish rather than catching one himself. The book is illustrated with Potter's characteristic watercolor drawings and is appropriate for early readers in kindergarten through third grade.
