Attack of the Vikings

Attack of the Vikings by Tony Bradman follows Finn, a young boy who dreams of becoming a Viking warrior rather than inheriting his father's role as chieftain of a farming village. When his father is called away to another island, Finn is left to lead the village, which soon comes under siege, and he must rally his friends to defend it. The story takes place in a Viking-era community and explores Finn's struggle to protect his home and discover what it truly means to have Viking blood.
