Description

In 1914, explorer Ernest Shackleton and his crew set out on the ship Endurance to cross Antarctica via the South Pole. Months into their voyage, the ship became trapped in ice and eventually sank, forcing the men to survive on the ice floes in freezing temperatures. The crew then undertook a treacherous journey across the icy waters in small lifeboats in search of rescue.
