Ruby Rogers: Who Are You Looking At?

Ruby Rogers, a middle-grade student with a sharp sense of humor, faces the chaos that erupts when a new boy joins her school and her best friend Yasmin becomes completely fixated on him. The constant chatter about the newcomer drives Ruby crazy, especially when the talk threatens to take over their friendship. On a school trip, Ruby finds herself separated from the group and stranded in a forest, forcing her to deal with both the wild setting and the relentless boy-talk back home. The story blends comedy with the everyday challenges of friendship, self-identity, and navigating the social whirl of school life.
