About this book
At lunchtime a young girl discovers she isn't hungry, while a crocodile, a bear, and a wolf turn up absolutely famished. The animals' comical belief that children taste revolting creates a light-hearted standoff over the meal. The picture-book story, illustrated in bright, whimsical art, follows the simple, funny conflict that arises from mismatched appetites.
