About this book
Jamie, Tom, and their small dinosaur companion Wanna travel back to the Permian desert to observe a dimetrodon, a large sail-backed synapsid. While tracking the dimetrodon, the trio discovers that they themselves are being pursued by another massive prehistoric predator, turning their scientific expedition into a dangerous chase. The book presents facts about Permian period ecosystems and the behavior of early synapsids.
