A Very Strange Creature

In this illustrated picture book, Monkey discovers a strange creature in the jungle and gathers the other animals to help identify it. The animals compare the creature to themselves, noting it has no tail for swinging, no trunk for washing, no long neck for reaching high leaves, and no webbed feet for swimming. The story explores how different animals have different features suited to their habitats.
