About this book
The book "Ice Bear" by Nicola Davies follows the polar bear (called Nanuk) as it moves through the frozen Arctic landscape. It shows the bear as a powerful hunter, tender mother, and gentle playmate. The book also explores how the Inuit people share this land of ice and snow and learn lessons from watching this magnificent animal.
