R-T, Margaret & the Rats of NIMH

On a family camping trip, siblings Margaret and Artie become lost in the woods and are rescued by the superintelligent rats of NIMH, who welcome them into their hidden community. As winter approaches, the children must find a way back to their own world while keeping the rats' secret safe from human discovery. Their promise of silence is tested when questions from family and school become harder to evade, putting both the children and the rats at risk. The story follows Margaret and Artie as they struggle to protect the rats and themselves while navigating loyalty, secrecy, and survival.
