Description
In this children's picture book, Marmalade, a weak and hungry tabby cat, takes shelter in an old barn where sympathetic mice care for her. However, once she recovers, the cat begins chasing the mice as cats naturally do. When Smart Mouse discovers an old bell, the mice devise a plan to create a collar that will warn them of the cat's approach, but they must figure out who will actually put the collar on Marmalade.
