The Little Red Fort

The book follows Ruby, a young girl who decides to build a fort. Her three brothers refuse to help with any part of the project, from gathering materials to painting and decorating. After Ruby completes the fort on her own, she won't let her brothers join her inside until they contribute their own ideas and embellishments to improve it.
