Quick Summary

Kristy from the Baby-Sitters Club takes on a new challenge when she coaches her school's softball team, and things get chaotic when their sponsor turns out to be a diaper service talk about an unexpected twist that makes the whole team (and their parents) question what's going on! The real fun here is watching Kristy try to keep her players focused and united while everyone's distracted and embarrassed by all those diaper deliveries showing up at practice. Kids who enjoy stories about friendship drama, sports teams, and figuring out how to work together when things get weird will get a kick out of this one. It's a light, quick read with plenty of humor, and there's enough going on to keep even reluctant readers turning pages. Parents will appreciate that it deals with real kid stuff like handling embarrassment and learning to communicate when you're frustrated with your teammates. If your kid loves the BSC series, this is a solid pick that feels fresh thanks to the softball angle though it works fine even if you haven't read others in the collection.
