God Gave Us Thankful Hearts

In this picture book, Little Pup, a young wolf in the Great North Woods, becomes sad when he realizes many of his forest friends will soon be hibernating through the winter. His mother helps him focus on gratitude by pointing out the joys of fall, such as jumping in leaf piles and enjoying apple treats with his non-hibernating friends.
