Description

Sir Brian Flockart is a gentle knight who dislikes wearing armor, fighting battles, and hunting dragons. When Sir Roger Duckbury sets out on a dragon hunt, Sir Brian must help his friend Meg protect their pet dragon, Grund. The story takes place in a medieval setting and follows their efforts to keep Grund safe from the dragon hunter.

Quick Summary

In this hilarious twist on knightly tales, Sir Brian Flockart would much rather read books than swing swords, but when his friend Meg's pet dragon Grund is threatened, this peace-loving knight must find creative ways to outsmart the bumbling dragon hunters. Kids will giggle at the absurd situation of a dragon-hunting adventure where the hero hates fighting, cheer for the clever problem-solving, and fall in love with the unlikely friendship between a gentle knight, a brave girl, and their adorable dragon. If your kid loves the humor and heart of "Dragon Masters" or the underdog heroics in "The Bad Guys," they'll absolutely devour this tale. Perfect for readers in grades 2-5 (ages 7-10) who want a quick, witty read with just enough adventure.
