The Avery Shaw Experiment

When high school student Avery Shaw's lifelong best friend breaks her heart, she decides to tackle her emotional pain like a science experiment. With the state science fair approaching, Avery uses her own broken heart as the subject of her research project, attempting to find a "cure" by systematically experiencing the seven stages of grief through a series of social tests. The story follows Avery as she tries to get over Aiden Kennedy and prepare herself to love again.
