The Unbound: An Archived Novel

The Unbound is the second book in Victoria Schwab's Archived series. It follows Mackenzie Bishop, a Keeper at the Archive, where the dead rest as Histories that can only be read by Librarians. Now that she's returned to Hyde School for her junior year, she must balance her normal life with her duties protecting the world from violent Histories that escape the Archive. The story explores themes of identity, loss, and the boundaries between the living and the dead.
