Katy Duck Is a Caterpillar

When the spring dance recital arrives, Katy Duck looks forward to taking the stage, only to be cast as a wiggling, crawling caterpillar instead of a leading role. She confronts disappointment and learns to appreciate the importance of every part, realizing that caterpillars become butterflies. With determination, she turns the modest caterpillar role into a standout performance, demonstrating how perseverance can transform a small part into a starring moment. The picture book offers a springtime setting that highlights resilience and self-acceptance.
