Cinderella and the Bowling Slipper

Fiona and Frieda are third graders who love acting out fairy tales at recess. When they discover they have magic rhyming powers, they accidentally transport Cinderella to their playground. Together, they help Cinderella find her Fairy Godmother and prevent her mean stepsisters from discovering her. The book is set in a contemporary elementary school playground and features a twist on the classic Cinderella story with a bowling slipper instead of a glass slipper.
