The Night Wanderer: A Native Gothic Novel

Sixteen-year-old Tiffany Hunter lives with her father, who runs a bed and breakfast on the Otter Lake Native American reservation. When a mysterious guest named Pierre L'Errant becomes their new lodger, Tiffany senses something sinister about him and investigates, eventually discovering that their polite guest is actually an ancient vampire who has returned to the reservation. The novel blends Gothic thriller elements with a coming-of-age story as Tiffany, her father, and her astute Granny Ruth confront this supernatural threat.
