Really Truly Ruthie

Ruthie Smithens is a determined eighth-grader who learns that her best friend Kit's family is about to lose their home during the Great Depression. When the Kittredges can't pay their mortgage, Ruthie hatches a plan to reach Kit's aunt Millie, hoping to secure help before it's too late.
