About this book
Nia is thrilled when a heavy snowfall gives her a day off from school. She spends the morning building snow forts and sledding, but the quiet of the empty classroom soon makes her miss her friends and the routine of Robin Hill School. The story follows her as she balances the joy of snow with a longing for school life. It's a gentle look at the mixed feelings that can come with unexpected free time.
