About this book
In "The Tale of Holly How," Beatrix Potter discovers the body of local shepherd Ben Hornby in a meadow near Sawrey and, with the help of village cats, investigates his suspicious death. The cats believe Ben's sheep witnessed the killer before scattering, so they set out to find the far-flung flock. Meanwhile, Beatrix must balance her farm duties and concern for a young girl in trouble while trying to uncover the truth about what happened to Ben.
