Description

In "Forget Me Nat" by Maria Scrivan, Natalie finally feels confident in herself as her talents are recognized and she has supportive friends. She develops a crush on Derek and spends a lot of time with him, but when he tells her he only wants to be friends, her confidence shatters. As Natalie tries to recover from her broken heart, she distances herself from her friends and gives up on her talents. This is the second book in the series.

Quick Summary

Natalie is finally stepping into her own spotlight, but navigating crushes, friendships, and figuring out who you really are turns out to be way more complicated than she expected. Kids will root for her as she deals with the awkward reality of a guy wanting to be "just friends" while discovering her talents and finding her voice. If your kid loves graphic novels like "Dog Man" or "Heartstopper," they'll definitely gravitate toward this relatable middle school story. Perfect for kids in grades 4 to 6 who are ready for short, fast reads with big heart.
