Description
A mysterious piper offers to rid a village of its rat problem by playing his enchanted flute, and the desperate townspeople eagerly accept his help. Once the rats are gone, however, the villagers refuse to pay him for his services, breaking their promise. Angered by their dishonesty, the piper uses the same magical music to lure away all the children of Hamelin, leaving the town to face the consequences of their choice.
